Managed IT Solutions
Three ways to browse Clevertek: by the business need you solve (consolidate WAN, transform security, deploy AI), by the industry you operate in (with its specific compliance and performance demands), or by the delivery fabric your workloads run on (network, cloud, security, interaction, or IoT).
What outcome are you driving?
Each need maps to a coherent set of products and services — not a single SKU, but an engineered solution drawing from the full ICT stack (SD-WAN, SASE, GPU, UCaaS, managed security, cloud) to deliver a specific business outcome with a single SLA.
Network-as-a-Service
Traditional WAN architectures fragment across multiple carriers, each with distinct SLAs, escalation chains, and provisioning timelines. Network-as-a-Service collapses this into a single managed transport layer — dedicated internet, private MPLS, dual-carrier failover, and bonded last-mile links — all monitored under one operational model. When a carrier degrades or a fibre cut occurs, the fabric routes around it before end users perceive any impact.
View solutionSecure Network Transformation
Legacy WAN architectures operate on an implicit-trust model: location inside the perimeter equals trust. Secure Network Transformation replaces this with identity- and device-centric access controls deployed as a managed overlay — SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, and 24x7 SOC delivered as one coordinated program so your network engineering team focuses on business outcomes rather than control-plane maintenance.
View solutionHybrid Workplace Transformation
Most enterprises run telephony, meetings, messaging, and contact-centre as disjoint systems with separate infrastructure, licensing, and admin. Hybrid Workplace collapses these into a single cloud-delivered UCaaS/CCaaS platform with zero-trust access, so voice and collaboration follow each user across desk phone, softphone, and mobile app from any location.
View solutionCloud & AI Infrastructure
Compute, storage, managed Kubernetes, GPU acceleration, and disaster recovery delivered as integrated services — so your engineers build on a platform engineered for hybrid deployment rather than maintaining the infrastructure that runs under it.
View solutionZero Trust Access
Legacy VPN-based remote access grants authenticated users unrestricted LAN-level connectivity — an implicit-trust model attackers routinely exploit. Zero Trust Access replaces this with identity-aware proxying, per-request device posture verification, and least-privilege authorisation scoped to individual applications rather than the entire network segment.
View solutionMedia Solutions
A globally distributed media fabric spanning content capture, live-event production, distribution, and fan engagement — engineered on a tier-1 backbone so the stream holds when the audience arrives at scale, not just during the test run at 3am.
View solutionCarrier Services
Wholesale connectivity, voice termination, mobility enablement, and value-added services on a globally distributed tier-1 network — the building blocks that carriers and service providers use to construct their own branded offers without standing up the full infrastructure stack.
View solutionCloud Transformation
A structured, end-to-end cloud adoption programme spanning assessment, landing-zone design, migration, modernisation, and managed operations — delivered across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure as a single accountable engagement rather than separate vendor relationships.

What runs on what?
Our products are delivered across five core technology fabrics. Each fabric represents a distinct infrastructure layer — transport, compute, security, interaction, or IoT — and carries a specific set of managed solutions with unified monitoring and SLA.
Network Fabric
MEF-compliant DIA, MPLS/IPLC/EVPL private lines, SD-WAN overlay with CoS, multi-cloud direct connects, and bonded last-mile failover — the transport layer for every Clevertek solution.
Cloud Fabric
Compute, storage, managed K8s, GPUaaS, and multi-cloud management across on-prem, public cloud, and edge — with FinOps and IaC.
Security Fabric
ZTNA with identity-aware proxy, 24x7 SOC-backed MDR with SIEM/SOAR, CSPM, OT-security segmentation, and immutable backups.
Interaction Fabric
Cloud PBX with SIP trunking, UCaaS (voice/video/chat), CCaaS with IVR/ACD/omnichannel routing, CPaaS, and compliance recording.
IoT Fabric
IoT connectivity (MQTT/CoAP/LoRaWAN), industry solutions with Modbus/OPC-UA integration, edge compute, and endpoint security for OT.
Six layers, and the decisions that bind them
A solution is not a product list. It is six layers that constrain each other, and most stalled projects stalled because one of them was decided in isolation. This is what each layer does and where it forces a decision on its neighbours.
Transport
The underlay every other layer rides on: MPLS, internet, private line, fixed wireless and 5G, combined into a fabric with path diversity rather than a single circuit per site.
Where it constrains the rest: Transport choices constrain everything above them. A site with only one fixed path cannot be made highly available by security or cloud design, so diversity is decided first, before any overlay is proposed.
WAN overlay
SD-WAN that selects paths per application, applies class-of-service to the traffic that needs it, and fails over on measured quality rather than on a link going down.
Where it constrains the rest: The overlay is what lets mixed transport behave like one network. It is also where policy lives, so an application change is a template change rather than a circuit order.
Security enforcement
SASE and zero-trust access applying identity-based policy at the closest point to the user, with inspection proportionate to the sensitivity of what is being reached.
Where it constrains the rest: Enforcement belongs where the traffic can be seen and where policy can be changed without touching every endpoint. Putting it in the wrong place is why security projects stall at rollout.
Compute and data
Cloud landing zones, hosted and hybrid platforms, GPU capacity and storage tiers sized to the workload rather than to a catalogue SKU.
Where it constrains the rest: Compute placement and transport design are one decision, not two. A workload moved to a region the network was not built for turns a cost saving into a latency problem.
Communications
Voice, contact centre and collaboration platforms delivered from the cloud, with the number plan, trunking and routing handled as part of the migration.
Where it constrains the rest: Voice is the layer where quality is judged by users rather than dashboards, so it depends on transport and security being right before it is cut over, not after.
Managed operations
NOC and SOC coverage, monitoring, patch and change management, service reviews and the documentation that keeps all of the above knowable.
Where it constrains the rest: This layer is what holds the other five to their promises. Without it, each domain optimises itself and the incident that crosses two domains belongs to nobody.
What most estates actually do, in order
Very few organisations rebuild everything at once, and the ones that try usually stall halfway. These are the four stages engagements tend to move through, and what has to be true before the next one is worth starting.
Where most estates start
Consolidating what exists. Fragmented contracts, mixed circuit types, security enforcement that varies by site, and a support model where every incident starts with a vendor call.
You know it worked when: A documented inventory, a target architecture, and the first site or platform migrated with the old service left running until the new one has proved itself.
Once the estate is knowable
Standardising the layers. One policy model across sites, cloud environments built to a repeatable landing zone, and monitoring that reports on services rather than individual devices.
You know it worked when: New sites and workloads come online on a template, so the cost of the next one is a known quantity rather than a project.
When compliance is in scope
Producing evidence as a by-product of operations. Access reviews, audit trails, retention and residency controls configured to the framework your sector is held to.
You know it worked when: An audit becomes a query against retained records instead of a quarterly project that pulls engineers off delivery.
When the workload changes
Absorbing new demand: GPU capacity for an AI initiative, a data platform consolidation, contact centre volumes that moved channel, or a region the business has entered.
You know it worked when: The change is scoped against an architecture that already exists, so the conversation is about capacity and cost rather than about rebuilding foundations.
Five inputs that settle the architecture question
Bring these five things to a scoping conversation and the architecture question usually settles in one sitting. Without them, any answer you receive is a template with your company name on it.
Site and circuit inventory, including renewal dates and which circuits sit on a contract you cannot exit early.
The applications that set your latency and availability floor, and the internal owner for each of them.
Residency and regulatory constraints expressed per workload, rather than as a single company-wide policy statement.
Current utilisation per site, so capacity is sized against measured traffic instead of accumulated headroom habit.
The named owner for each layer in scope, because a design nobody owns is a design nobody maintains after handover.
Questions about our solutions
Where do I start?
Most engagements start from a concrete technical problem: our MPLS circuits at 15 branches keep flapping and the carrier blames the SD-WAN, we need GPU capacity for model training with Indian data residency, or our security posture is failing RBI audits. Tell us the outcome you need and we map the right solutions — often across multiple families (e.g., SD-WAN + SASE + managed security) — delivered as one service under one unified SLA.
Can Clevertek serve multi-location enterprises?
Yes. We design, deploy, and support across distributed sites, data centres, cloud VPCs, and edge locations across 650+ Indian cities. Our SD-WAN fabric with BGP-based multi-transport failover, SASE enforcement at the closest PoP, and IoT/sensor platform are built for multi-location enterprise scale — with consistent policy enforcement and monitoring across every site.
How are your solutions different from hiring in-house?
You retain strategic control and architecture decisions; we own the 24x7 operational load. Our engineers who designed your SD-WAN CoS templates, BGP topology, and SASE rule sets also staff the NOC and SOC that monitor and respond. Your team keeps visibility through shared dashboards (NetFlow, SIEM, APM); ours handles the alerts, patches, firmware updates, and cross-domain incident coordination.
Can these be bought individually?
Start with one — a MEF-compliant DIA circuit for a new site, a GPU cluster for one model training pipeline, a UCaaS platform with SIP trunking — and extend to adjacent solutions later (SD-WAN overlay, SASE enforcement, managed SOC) under the same operating model, without renegotiating the commercial framework from scratch.
Do you support India-specific compliance?
Yes. Our India-located managed infrastructure and documented controls are designed for DPDP Act data-residency, RBI outsourcing circulars, IRDAI data localisation, MeitY STQC guidelines, and sector-specific audit frameworks — with encryption at rest/in-transit, immutable audit trails, RBAC with MFA, and flow-log retention built into the baseline architecture.
