IoT & Smart Solutions
Connect, manage and secure any device estate at scale — LoRaWAN, private LTE and embedded eSIM connectivity with purpose-built IoT applications for automotive, logistics, manufacturing and mobility.
IoT connectivity, industry-specific solutions and connected-solutions infrastructure for sensor-to-cloud estates. Built on industrial protocols you already run, with edge processing that keeps latency sensitive decisions local.

IoT Connectivity
Multi-modal IoT device connectivity across LoRaWAN for long-range, low-power sensors, private LTE/5G for campus coverage and embedded eSIM with over-the-air provisioning for mobile and roaming assets. Devices connect via the medium that fits their power budget and data profile — sub-GHz to 5G — with central subscription management. The link is the part that works, not the part that drops.
Learn moreIoT Industry Solutions
Vertical IoT applications built for the protocol and data model each industry actually runs — automotive telematics and V2X, logistics cold-chain monitoring with pallet-level granularity, aviation MRO tracking, manufacturing OEE and predictive maintenance, and smart mobility fleet management. End-to-end from sensor to ERP integration with domain-specific analytics that operators recognise as their own work, not a generic dashboard.
Learn moreConnected Solutions
Access-agnostic IoT device management, data ingestion and endpoint security layer that works across LoRaWAN, private LTE and cellular eSIM transports. Covers the full device lifecycle — onboarding, OTA firmware updates via MQTT/CoAP, health monitoring — plus data routing to cloud or on-prem and per-device x.509 identity enforcement. One management plane, whatever the transport.
Learn moreWhat a IoT & Smart Solutions engagement covers
Device connectivity
LoRaWAN, private LTE and embedded eSIM connectivity for estates where a mix of sensors, vehicles and equipment has to report reliably.
Edge processing
Local compute that keeps latency-sensitive decisions on site, so a control loop does not depend on a round trip to a distant data centre.
Device management
Provisioning, firmware lifecycle, certificate rotation and fleet monitoring for devices that are expected to run for years unattended.
Industry applications
Purpose-built applications for manufacturing, logistics, automotive and mobility rather than a generic dashboard stretched across sectors.
Data path into your systems
Telemetry delivered into your ERP, MES or analytics platform in a schema it can consume, with governance applied at ingestion.
The operating model behind the technology
Start with the decision, not the sensor
We work backwards from what the business needs to know or control, because sensor estates assembled without that question produce data nobody acts on.
Prove coverage on site
Radio planning and site surveys come before commitment. What works in a warehouse rarely performs identically on a yard or a factory floor.
Security from the device up
Hardware identity, encrypted transport and least-privilege access, since an unmanaged fleet is an unmanaged attack surface.
Pilot, then scale the estate
A bounded pilot proves the pattern and the economics before rollout across sites, vehicles or production lines.
Questions buyers actually ask
Which connectivity should we use for our devices?
It depends on power, density and mobility. LoRaWAN suits low-power sensors over long distances, private LTE suits mobile and higher-bandwidth assets, and eSIM suits equipment that roams. Most estates end up mixing them.
Can you work with the equipment we already have?
Usually yes. We start from the protocols and interfaces the existing machines expose, and where a controller cannot be instrumented directly we use non-invasive sensing rather than replacing the machine.
How do you keep factories secure?
OT traffic is segmented from IT, devices carry hardware identities, and any active testing is planned around production schedules so diagnostics never risk stopping a line.
Do these devices need managing for their whole life?
They do, and that is the part most projects underestimate. Firmware, certificates, SIM profiles and replacement cycles are managed as a service over the estate's lifetime.
Where does the data end up?
Wherever your systems can use it, whether that is MES, ERP or a data platform. Edge processing keeps the raw volume local and forwards what the business layer needs.
How is an IoT rollout priced?
Quote-only, from a site survey and a defined device or asset count, with connectivity, platform and support quoted separately so the cost per site stays visible as the estate grows.
What happens when devices are added later?
New device types onboard onto the same management platform through templates, so adding a second sensor family does not mean commissioning a second system to run alongside the first.
How long are the devices expected to last?
We specify for the replacement cycle the site actually wants. The management platform covers firmware and certificate rotation for the full life of the estate, including devices that outlast the original project team.
