Hyperscaler Services

AWS, Azure, GCP — one team that knows all three, your workloads, and the India realities of cost and compliance. Landing zones, migrations, and day-2 operations without the finger-pointing.

Expert delivery across AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. Migration, modernisation and ongoing managed operations executed the way each cloud expects — with the consolidated billing and support that comes from a single partner.

AWS

Expert AWS Solutions

AWS landing zones, architecture review, and workload deployment — multi-account structures, IAM/SSO, VPC segmentation, and IaC (Terraform/CDK) built for India-region realities. Designed so the environment is governable and a new service doesn't mean starting from zero.

AWS

AWS Migration

Program-based AWS migration: discovery and dependency mapping, honest TCO modelling, pilot workload validation, then wave-based cutover with rollback ready. Lift, replatform, or refactor per workload — decided by evidence, not a template.

AWS

AWS AI Services

Wire AWS managed AI into your applications — Bedrock, SageMaker, Rekognition, Textract, Forecast — with event-driven pipelines, human-review loops, and cost-per-inference tracking. ML capability without requiring a dedicated data-science team for every integration.

AWS

AWS Storage

S3 lifecycle policy design, Intelligent-Tiering, EBS snapshot hygiene, cross-region replication, and archive tier selection. The first job is usually an audit that pays for itself by finding orphaned volumes and old snapshots you are paying to keep but never use.

AWS

AWS for SMB

AWS sized for mid-market teams — simple account structure, readable billing with tagging, essential IAM/MFA guardrails, and pair-built workloads. Designed so a two-person ops team can run it today and a ten-person team can extend it tomorrow without rebuilding.

AWS

AWS CloudOps

Day-2 AWS operations: golden-signal monitoring, anomaly detection, FinOps (cost-per-service, idle resource cleanup, monthly review), and severity-graded incident response. Infra-as-code drift detection keeps the landed estate healthy without manual supervision.

AWS

AWS Well-Architected Review

Independent workload review against the six Well-Architected pillars — security, reliability, performance, cost, ops, sustainability. Delivers a ranked remediation plan with effort/impact scoring and quick-win identification. This is an audit, not a sales pitch.

Google Cloud

Google Cloud Platform

GCP delivery covering GKE, BigQuery data-platform design, and portable app stacks built on open standards. Migration and managed operations with IaC reproducibility. If the merit is there, we recommend it — not because of a partnership checkbox.

Google Cloud

Google Workspace

Deployment, email/file/calendar migration from Exchange or on-prem, identity and device policy (SSO, MFA, DLP), and adoption training that turns a licence fee into actual collaboration outcomes. Most rollouts fail on change, not on tech — we plan for the human part.

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure Services

Azure landing zones, subscription design, Entra ID SSO, policy guardrails, and cost budgets. App hosting via App Services, AKS, and Azure Functions matched to the workload, with hybrid connectivity for .NET/Windows and existing licence (E5/SA) utilisation.

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft 365

M365 tenant deployment, licence right-sizing per role, security baseline (MFA enforced, Conditional Access, DLP, retention), and adoption support. Migration from legacy Exchange or Google Workspace with a phased cutover plan — no dreaded "where did my email go" Monday.

What's included

What a Hyperscaler Services engagement covers

AWS delivery

Well-Architected reviews, landing zones, migration, storage engineering, CloudOps and AI services across the AWS portfolio.

Azure delivery

Azure landing zones, identity integration with Entra ID, migration of Windows and SQL estates, and day-2 operations under the same service model.

Google Cloud delivery

GCP projects, networking, data platforms and analytics workloads, including Google Workspace where collaboration sits alongside infrastructure.

Cross-cloud governance

A single set of cost, security and tagging standards applied across whichever providers you run, so governance does not fragment per cloud.

Consolidated operations

One service desk, one escalation path and one reporting cadence across all three providers instead of three separate vendor relationships.

How we deliver

The operating model behind the technology

Workload before provider

We map each workload against the provider whose strengths fit it, then say so even when the answer is to consolidate rather than spread.

Well-Architected as review, not ceremony

Reviews produce a prioritised remediation list with effort and risk attached, and we are willing to say the architecture is fine as it stands.

FinOps grounded in your billing

Cost work starts from your actual invoices and usage data, which is the only place savings can be evidenced rather than estimated.

Runbooks your team can use

Operational documentation, alert definitions and recovery procedures are written for the people who will be on call, not for a compliance folder.

Questions buyers actually ask

Are you an AWS, Azure or Google partner?

We deliver across all three. The relevant questions are which provider suits each workload and who operates it afterwards, and we answer those from your architecture rather than from a partner tier.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Often, and we measure it against your billing data rather than promising a percentage. The usual sources are unused capacity, storage lifecycle errors, over-provisioned instances and commitment coverage that does not match actual usage.

Should we be multi-cloud?

Only where there is a reason. Running two providers for resilience or for genuinely differentiated services can make sense. Running two because it feels safer usually adds cost and operational load without a matching benefit.

How do you handle existing cloud accounts?

We assess them as they are, document what is running and why, and remediate in priority order. Rebuilding from scratch is proposed only when the existing estate genuinely cannot be brought under governance.

Who holds the provider relationship?

You do. Accounts, billing and support agreements stay in your name, with our access granted through scoped roles that can be revoked. That keeps your negotiating position intact.

Need a solution tailored to your environment?

Our solutions architects will scope the right product mix for your infrastructure, timeline and budget — no obligation.
