Managed Wi-Fi & LAN

Managed wireless and wired LAN with VLAN segmentation for guest, staff, POS and IoT traffic. Includes site survey, controller-based AP management, 24x7 monitoring and firmware lifecycle management across distributed sites.

Overview

An office with poor Wi-Fi costs more in lost productivity than the upgrade itself. Managed Wi-Fi and LAN replaces ad-hoc access-point deployments with a professionally designed, centrally managed wired and wireless network that delivers consistent coverage, predictable performance, and enterprise-grade security across your entire facility. Every access point, switch, and VLAN is configured, monitored, and maintained as a single system — not a collection of standalone devices.

Clevertek scopes every engagement to your environment — capacity, sites, compliance and support model — so you get a tailored plan rather than a fixed SKU. Pricing is quote-only, and our solutions architects will work through your requirements before any proposal.

What we do

Our approach

We design, deploy, and manage the complete wired and wireless LAN infrastructure for enterprise offices, campuses, and facilities. Every deployment starts with a site survey — RF analysis for optimal AP placement, capacity planning for user density, and structured cabling design. We handle switch configuration, VLAN mapping, SSID management, PoE budgeting, and ongoing 24x7 monitoring. Your team gets a network that works from the moment they walk in, without managing switches or troubleshooting dead zones.

Why Clevertek

Why work with us

Professional site survey and design

RF site survey with heat-mapping, AP placement optimisation, channel planning, and capacity modelling — no guesswork, no coverage gaps.

Centralised cloud management

All APs and switches managed from a single dashboard — firmware updates, configuration changes, client visibility, and troubleshooting without logging into individual devices.

Enterprise-grade security

WPA3-Enterprise, 802.1X with RADIUS, VLAN-based network segmentation, rogue AP detection, and client isolation — built into the design, not bolted on.

Capacity planning for your density

Designed for your user count and application mix — high-density zones get more APs, lower-density areas get coverage-optimised placement, all with adequate backhaul.

24x7 monitoring and proactive support

Every switch and AP is monitored for utilisation, channel interference, client drops, and hardware health. Issues are detected before users call the helpdesk.

Scalable from office to campus

Single-site, multi-floor, or multi-building campus — the same management platform scales from 10 to 10,000 users without rearchitecting the control plane.

Benefits

Key benefits

What this solution delivers for your business.

Consistent user experience

No dead zones, no dropped connections during meetings, no variable throughput at different desks — every user gets reliable connectivity regardless of location.

Reduce IT troubleshooting time

Centralised cloud dashboard gives complete visibility into client behaviour, utilisation, and error rates — root-cause minutes instead of hours.

Faster deployment of new spaces

Adding a new floor, wing, or building follows a documented design template — survey, deploy, configure, validate — repeatable in days, not weeks.

Guest network without compromise

Isolated guest SSID with captive portal, bandwidth limits, and time-based access — corporate devices stay on a separate VLAN, secure and unreachable from the guest network.

Future-ready Wi-Fi standards

Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E ready — APs support the latest standards with backward compatibility. Upgrades are software-defined, not hardware forklifts.

Audit-ready compliance documentation

Network topology maps, configuration baselines, firmware versions, and change logs available on demand — for ISO 27001, SOC 2, or internal audits.

Questions buyers actually ask

Do you provide the hardware or do I buy it?

We supply the hardware as part of the managed service — APs, switches, and controllers are included in the monthly fee. Hardware refreshes and upgrades are managed on a lifecycle basis.

How long does a deployment take?

Site survey takes 1-2 days for a typical office floor. Deployment timeline depends on scale — a single floor can be live in a week; a multi-building campus takes 3-6 weeks from survey to handover.

What about existing cabling?

We assess existing structured cabling during the site survey. If the existing cabling meets requirements, we reuse it. If not, we design and quote the cabling scope separately.

Can I manage it myself after deployment?

Yes. We hand over cloud management access so your IT team can make configuration changes, view analytics, and generate reports. We continue backend NOC monitoring and firmware management.

What happens if an AP fails?

The NOC detects the failure within minutes. A replacement AP is shipped with next-day delivery, and your team swaps it with remote configuration assistance from our engineers.
