Our approach

We provision circuits that can scale bandwidth on demand through our portal or API. The baseline circuit is sized for normal operations. When you need more capacity — a data migration, a batch job, a monthly close, a peak-season surge — you increase the bandwidth through the portal and the change takes effect within minutes. Usage is billed at a daily rate, so you pay only for the days the extra capacity was active. We handle carrier coordination, CPE configuration, and billing integration.

How quickly does the scaling take effect?

Bandwidth changes activate within 5-10 minutes of the request through the portal or API. Carrier coordination happens in the background and does not delay the change.

What is the maximum burst bandwidth?

It depends on the circuit physical port capacity. A circuit on a 1 Gbps port with a 200 Mbps committed rate can burst to 1 Gbps. The burst ceiling is the port speed.

How is burst bandwidth billed?

At a daily rate — typically 5-10% of the monthly committed rate per day. A three-day burst costs 15-30% of a full month upgrade, which is usually far less than over-provisioning full-time.

Is there a minimum burst duration?

Minimum one day. Scaling for less than 24 hours is billed as a full day. Events that last multiple days are billed per day of activation.
